We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Technical Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the efficient scheduling and coordination of our support technicians, working closely with our customers, local electricians, and specialists from X-ray and intraoral scanner suppliers. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, utilizing our state-of-the-art, computer-assisted employee scheduling system.

- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to react swiftly to changing operational requirements.
- A commitment to quality and continuous improvement in service delivery
