We are currently looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Product Support Team. This role is essential to ensuring the stability of our solutions, providing support to partners, and driving product improvement. If you have a passion for technology, an analytical mindset, and a readiness to tackle exciting challenges, we invite you to become part of our team
- Client orientation and understanding of customer service principles in the B2B segment.
- Experience in incident management and working with incident management systems (knowledge of ITIL methodology will be a plus).
- Ability to clearly and effectively explain technical aspects to non-technical users.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Ukrainian proficiency is a must have
- Stress resistance and ability to work effectively in multitasking environments.
- Proactivity and result orientation, with a desire to identify and propose ways to optimize processes.
- A systematic approach: the ability to structure tasks and determine priorities.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and report creation.
- Experience with web technologies, basic understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP will be a plus.
- Experience in integrating external systems or products will be a plus.
- Experience working in a Scrum team and/or experience with Kanban will be a plus.
