Accommodation Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accommodation Services Specialist to join our team at Recruit4Work SL. As a key member of our Accommodation Services division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our accommodation partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners, providing guidance on using our extranet system and managing availability on our platform.
- Assist with activating listings through calls, emails, and ticket systems, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding.
- Handle support tickets from partners and the Market Management team with accuracy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Optimize content to boost conversion rates, ensuring our partners' listings are well-presented and bookable across our channels.
- Prepare reports as needed, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Participate in market and competition analysis, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Resolve issues with key accounts, including matters related to transactions, cancellations, and connectivity, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Share best practices and continuously seek improvement, driving team efficiency and revenue growth.
- Promote self-service tools for partners to manage their accounts independently, enhancing their overall experience.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and a fast learner, with a proven track record of meeting ambitious targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade others and build strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and Italian (written and spoken), with basic proficiency in computers and MS Excel.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant work experience preferred.
