Job Title: Service Desk Analyst with Swedish

Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst with native-level Swedish language proficiency to join our team in Budapest, Hungary.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Service Desk Analyst to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have native-level Swedish language skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot desktop, application, and mobile device issues using remote tools
  • Document resolutions and maintain accurate records for future reference
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians and experts as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Native-level Swedish language proficiency (oral and written)
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Level of expertise L1 – L2 On-site Or Remote Support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in Application support/Software development, IT Service Desk
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures
