Role Overview

As a Systems Administrator/DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and evolving our IT infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud. You will work closely with our software engineers, assisting in deploying, maintaining, and optimizing our development and production environments. What to Expect
  • Our HR colleague, together with the department manager, will review your resume, and we will get back to you within 5 business days.
  • Following this, you'll have the chance to meet us through an online interview, which will last 90 minutes. This interview will consist of a brief questionnaire and technical questions. Based on the outcome of the questionnaire, the interview will either proceed to the technical questions or end at that point.
  • If we still feel that we are a great fit for each other, after salary negotiations, we'll just need to finalize the details of your start date.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar SysAdmin/DevOps role.
  • Operating Systems: Strong experience with Linux (preferably Ubuntu) and Windows.
  • Containerization: Proficiency with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services, particularly Google Cloud and AWS.
  • CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
  • Build Systems: Familiarity with Bazel or other build automation tools.
  • Scripting/Programming: Competency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Groovy, and experience with configuration management tools.
  • Networking: Strong understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and VPNs.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
