Reservoir Geologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservoir Geologist to join our team at MOL Nyrt. as a Lead Geologist. This is a key position that requires a strong background in geological principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct complex geological studies and manage data quality and integrity through validation processes.
- Collaborate with subsurface team members to develop robust geological interpretations and evaluate new opportunities in business development.
- Prepare drilling proposals and planning programs effectively, and assist in supervising and reviewing contractors' work for quality control.
- Contribute to budget preparation and act as a peer reviewer, proactively identifying and resolving issues within projects.
- Mentor junior staff to ensure excellence in Reservoir Geology practices.
- Master's Degree in Geology or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with a strong background in reservoir characterization and geological modeling.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Technical proficiency aligned with our internal job competency matrix, with skills in field development planning, static model building, uncertainty analysis, and proactive technical communication.
