Data Governance Expert for Waste Management Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Expert to join our team and contribute to this ambitious project. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive change and make a meaningful impact on the environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the creation and availability of customer, vendor, and material master data. This includes working closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to balance incoming requests with unplanned needs, while also supporting both BAU operations and new developments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, allowing them to explain complex master data management issues to different stakeholders. Additionally, they should be able to define processes, standards, and procedures regarding master data, as well as have experience with data quality and supporting related initiatives.
A strong understanding of IT systems and architectures, project management practices (including agile), and development methods is also essential. The candidate should have advanced presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, good English knowledge, and a flexible mindset.
Responsibilities- Ensures the creation and availability of customer, vendor, and material master data.

- Defines processes, standards, and procedures regarding master data.
- Has experience with data quality and supporting related initiatives.
- University/College degree.
- 4-5 years of work experience, 3-4 years in a relevant area.
- 'Customer first' mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
- General good understanding of IT systems and architectures, project management practices (including agile), and development methods.
- Advanced presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, good English knowledge.
- Flexibility, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving attitude.
