About the Role

As a Transformation and Process Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in driving simplification and continuous improvement initiatives across functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement sustainable solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current business processes and performance, identifying areas of potential improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste, and develop improvement strategies to address them.
  • Design and implement new strategies for process improvement.
  • Document processes, results, and findings to maintain a history of improvement efforts.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis workshops.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, from conception to implementation.
  • Support quality management initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve quality processes, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques to empower employees and build capability.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and teams to enable them to effectively participate in improvement activities and drive sustainable results.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in CI methodologies.
  • Prepare and present reports on progress and performance of improvement initiatives.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of HUF 8,500,000 - HUF 10,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including an exceptional annual cafeteria equivalent of a 13th month salary, an annual bonus scheme, extensive health insurance, complimentary sports and fitness opportunities, and more.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience of 2-3 years as a Continuous Improvement Specialist or similar role with lean exposure in a manufacturing set up. You should have a university degree, with an engineering degree being an advantage. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, as well as excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, are essential. You should also have strong project management skills, working proficiency in computer programs necessary to support data analysis and reporting, and the ability to work independently and in mixed groups. Hungarian is the primary language, but intermediate English knowledge, both orally and writing, is required.
