Senior Customer Care Representative

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Care Representative to join our team in Budapest. As a key member of our Shared Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and order management support to our customers across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with a positive and professional attitude.
- Complete order management activities, including order entry, price checking, order clearing, and preparing shipping documentation.
- Support sales functions across EMEA and external customers with product/service order fulfillment processes.
- Solve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics.
- Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to the appropriate departments.
- Take ownership of customer requirements and handle them efficiently and professionally.
- Offer expertise, mentorship, and support to colleagues to ensure high standards of customer care.
- Develop and deliver training and materials to support departmental needs.
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in order management.
- Proficiency in English and strong intermediate German language knowledge.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively within a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently implement solutions.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and related software.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
