German Speaking Senior Customer Care Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Senior Customer Care Representative to join our team in Budapest. As a key member of our Shared Service Center, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service and ensuring flawless order management.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with a positive and professional attitude.
- Complete order management activities, including order entry, price checking, and preparing shipping documentation.
- Support sales functions across EMEA and external customers with order fulfillment processes and end-to-end order status management.
- Solve problems by applying established policies and procedures, using proactive communication across our internal network.
- Assess individual customer requirements and direct activities to the appropriate departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Take ownership of customer requirements, handling them efficiently and professionally as per the service level agreement.
- Offer expertise, mentorship, and support to colleagues to ensure the highest standards of customer care.
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in order management.
- Proficiency in English and strong intermediate German language knowledge.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively within a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently implement solutions.
