International Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia. As a Contract Administrative Assistant with French Language Skills, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a first-class service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as required.
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, communicating proactively with clients.
- Run calculations for customer offers, utilizing your excellent proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, possessing a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines and working independently to carry out assignments to completion.
- Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within Finance or Legal.
- Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, contract administration, or legal-related work.
- High proficiency with MS Excel, with the ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of our dynamic team.
