German Speaking Senior Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via email and phone, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Create and assign tickets in our ticketing system, ensuring that customer issues are properly documented and tracked.
- Decide on the best course of action to address customer needs, taking into account their requirements and our company's policies.
- Participate in the Request for Quotation process, providing accurate and timely information to customers.
- Document all relevant information as per instructions, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Manage the process for raised inquiries and complaints, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain customer databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Create and maintain equipment records, ensuring that all necessary information is documented and easily accessible.
- Assess the need for change and implement improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Build positive relationships with internal departments and customers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- 1+ years' customer service experience, with a preference for those with a bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Any other European language knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficient Microsoft Office user.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and a result-oriented demeanor.
- Display attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
