We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Transcosmos Kft.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Source and assess potential candidates using various methods.
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for employment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in talent recruitment and onboarding.
  • Knowledge of ATS and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent English (B2 or higher).
