Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Technical Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the efficient scheduling and coordination of our support technicians, working closely with our customers, local electricians, and specialists from X-ray and intraoral scanner suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the schedules of support technicians in alignment with customer requirements, ensuring optimal service delivery.
- Work in close collaboration with customers, local electricians, and supplier specialists to ensure seamless service operations.
- Utilize our computer-assisted scheduling system to organize and manage technician deployments effectively, allowing for remote work flexibility.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of current operations, being prepared to quickly adapt plans and schedules in response to changing circumstances.
- Through diligent planning and coordination, contribute significantly to the enhancement of service quality within our business, driving excellence in our service offerings.
- Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to react swiftly to changing operational requirements.
