Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our multi-cultural team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Delivery Management processes to ensure seamless delivery of services to our customers.
- Manage work order administration, creating and following up on work orders in the Maximo system to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Dispatch services internally and to our 3rd Party service providers to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer requests.
- Schedule 3rd party services and maintain requirements and service dates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service requests and work orders to identify and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Deal with warranty issues and ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases to ensure the quality of data and support business decisions.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, issues, and requests, managing the process until resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assess the need for change and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the team.
Requirements
- 0-2+ years' experience in customer service or data processing environment, preferably with a strong background in administration and customer support.
- Fluency in English and French languages, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Vocational training or Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Judgement, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers, with a customer-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven Microsoft Office user, with experience in Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred but not essential.
- Ability to prioritize and solve problems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
