Product Manager Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Product Manager to help drive the development of our Hearsay communication platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for navigating market needs and delivering valuable solutions to our customers.

As a Product Manager, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, including designers, product managers, software engineers, sales, customer support, and clients. Your role will be to help solve for how our customers communicate and engage with clients to build stronger relationships and grow their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a critical Hearsay product domain, working closely with senior management to create product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Create product requirements and manage these requirements from the roadmap through implementation and product launch.
  • Ensure that the Hearsay product team is aligned on product value, vision, strategy, requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
  • Partner with Go To Market, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to drive cross-functional outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, professional services, and go-to-market teams to understand business and customer requirements and secure adoption of features.
  • Work closely with customers, customer support, professional services, sales, and prospects to deliver features that drive customer business value and measurable ROI.
  • Establish and maintain technical partnerships, working closely with technical contacts on product and integration strategies.
  • Understand current and future market opportunities, prioritize and manage the product roadmap, and work with design, engineering, professional services, and marketing to deliver the right features.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned product domain, markets, competitive landscape, and unique value proposition.
  • Owning the product metrics for your product, and working with the Data team to develop and monitor these key metrics.
