Product Manager for C2 Product

The world's largest humanitarian organization is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of its C2 product, a communication and collaboration platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. They will be responsible for developing and implementing the product vision and roadmap, as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve the C2 product vision and roadmap, including strategy, direction, and goals
  • Lead the development of the product, setting goals and prioritizing enhancements and features
  • Ensure the service delivery of the product, supporting the "Support model" and ensuring L2 support
  • Manage team and budget for direct reports, as well as relationships with suppliers
  • Monitor and optimize product performance, working with the Service team and supplier(s)
  • Lead cross-functional teams across the organization, identifying and developing required capabilities and roles
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent experience
  • 4-5 years of professional product management experience
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a matrix-based organization
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business requirements analysis
  • Proven experience in contract and supplier management
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Solid strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
  • Fluently spoken and written English
