Inventory Management Specialist

At Estée Lauder Kereskedelmi Kft., we are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team. As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring and transacting inventory levels at our third-party suppliers, ensuring optimal stock availability and alignment with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage inventory levels held by third-party suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability and alignment with company requirements.
- Support and implement inventory control procedures specific to third-party suppliers, working closely with the Inventory Planner.
- Create and maintain reports on supplier performance, inventory turnover rates, and slow-moving items.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Planner to analyze and manage inventory management, destructions, liabilities, and scrapping across the external partners network.
- Ensure the timely and accurate flow of destruction into Estee Lauder Warehouses and external partners planning facilities.
- Monitor and analyze the freshness of components and raw materials at external supplier locations, ensuring the best FG freshness to the ELC network.
- Assure destruction processes are followed and compliant by External Partners.
- Identify opportunities to simplify regional inventory processes and work with the Inventory Planner on best practices and process improvements.
- Monitor Inventory Availability and Year End or monthly stock counts on external suppliers.
- Analyze scrap rating processes and ensure accuracy of scrap rates in planning systems with CVE teams.
- Report into Integrated Business Planning and FP&A on inventory control and financial status to support achievement of working capital and targets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP system knowledge (ECC / APO) and experience with optimizer tools, such as O9.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and experience with reporting and query tools, such as PowerBI, SQVI, or Qlikview/Sense.
- Strong data science skills, including reporting creation, analysis, translation, and identification of inconsistencies and errors in data lakes.
- Independent and able to simplify technical flows and transactions.
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Business proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as German, French, Italian, Polish, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
- APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications.
