Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate ocean cargo shipments, including operational and administrative tasks
  • Communicate with customers, partners, and shipping lines
  • Prepare and handle shipping documents
  • Contribute to invoicing processes
  • Monitor and track shipments in real-time
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
  • Secondary school education
