Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop customers with a focus on big installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors, in accordance with the sales strategy to achieve the business plan.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
  • Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget.
  • Develop new customers, accounts, and projects in accordance with the business plan for the assigned sales area.
  • Propose and realize all necessary activities to achieve the sales targets in cooperation with internal and external partners.
  • Closely collaborate with the spec team and KA team to ensure that their specifications are sold successfully.
  • Provide regular market information (product/price/channel/projects) to the management and create corresponding reports if requested.
  • Achieve KPIs and targets in the scope defined by the company (e.g. CAC sales, ProPartners development, KA Development, Spec-in Sale).
Requirements:
  • Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Experience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial.
  • Proficient understanding and knowledge in processes, technologies, products, or other relevant field of expertise.
  • Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
  • Understanding of the impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work under stress.
