Hotel Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational issues in the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's high standards.
  • Motivate and maintain good employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Represent the hotel and its standards through guest communication and public relations.
  • Collaborate with the FLHSS Manager and Director of Engineering to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
  • Greet VIP guests daily and provide exceptional service.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, handle complaints, and follow up as necessary.
  • Be responsible for compensating and adjusting charges as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial position in a 5-star luxury property.
  • High level of guest service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient command of English and Hungarian languages.
  • College or university degree in a relevant field.
  • Digital literacy with Opera hotel and MS Office system knowledge.
  • Professional self and corporate representation.
