Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the cyber security status of customer environments in real-time using advanced analysis and automation tools.
  • Identify potential security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of cyber security incidents.
  • Trace back malicious activities and threat actors using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with MSSP customers to resolve computer security incidents.
  • Implement incident response procedures as required.
  • Integrate and share information with other analysts and teams.
  • Develop and maintain incident response plans.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and fine-tuning of incident detection content.
  • Perform vulnerability management-related activities.
  • Recommend modifications to monitoring tools and use cases.
  • Assess security and business risks.
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new tenants.
  • Produce and maintain well-composed operational reports for MSSP customers.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology, preferably in the IT/Cyber Security field.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, computer networking, routing, and switching.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • SIEM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and deepen Security Operations-focused mindset and knowledge.
  • Ability to follow a defined process.
  • Understanding of escalation procedures.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Hungarian and English, with additional languages preferred.
