About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Data Center Engineer to join our well-established regional team in Budapest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical service excellence in data center facility and EV Charger project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service delivery for data center facility and EV Charger projects, including installation guides, commissioning, site acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct site equipment health checks and report annually, ensuring the quality of on-site maintenance operations aligns with health check guidelines.
  • Offer onsite support for major or critical problems that cannot be resolved by customers or local subcontractors, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for software upgrades, hardware replacements, and other technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Electrical certificate (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, commissioning, and testing work.
  • Excellent understanding of data center electrical schematic diagrams and specifications.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD software.
  • Ability to build effective technical service relationships with customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction.
