Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR services to our business areas, managing recruitment processes, and coordinating performance appraisals and career management.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Services: Provide comprehensive HR support to our business areas, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Recruitment Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the recruitment process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, provide coaching and development opportunities, and support career management initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits plans, including planning, implementation, and control within the HR budget.
  • International Projects: Participate in international projects, implement central solutions locally, and recommend new initiatives.
  • HR Initiatives: Develop and implement new HR approaches, recommend new initiatives, and drive business growth through HR excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: A successfully completed university degree in business administration and/or Human Resources Management.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven professional experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
  • Skills: Knowledge of labor law, fluency in English, proactivity, solution-orientation, excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize and perform under tight deadlines.
