We are looking for a talented individual to handle all aspects of travel operations, including arranging air travel, accommodations, visas, and insurance for Miratech personnel worldwide. As a Junior Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors, providing advice on travel documents and insurance, handling rewards programs and charges, processing expense reports, and ensuring compliance with travel policies and procedures. Your ability to suggest improvements and innovations in our travel programs will also be essential to your success in this role.

What You Will Do:
  • Arrange and oversee all travel arrangements for Miratech personnel worldwide.
  • Participate in event arrangements, including conferences, retreats, and team buildings.
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
  • Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, and other related matters.
  • Handle rewards programs and charges.
  • Process expense reports and handle reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of travel policies and procedures.
  • Suggest improvements and innovations in our travel programs.

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a corporate travel manager.
  • Minimum upper intermediate level of English.
  • Knowledge of expense reporting and processing.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • MICE experience.

Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
