Administrative and Event Assistant (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrative and Event Assistant to join our team at Randstad Hungary Kft. In this role, you will provide essential support for events and daily operations, ensuring seamless communication between team members, partners, and the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and support various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with partners, including accounting and PR teams, and ensure accurate contact information is up-to-date.
  • Handle financial administration, including invoicing, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and follow-up, to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
