About the Job

In this role as Senior Manufacturing Process Specialist at WHC Személyzeti Tanácsadó Kft., you will be responsible for providing engineering dispositions on non-conformities and qualifying special processes and second-source suppliers. You will also facilitate NPI qualifications, lead pre-emptive efforts to improve quality and reduce deviations, and ensure engineering presence in the shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze recurrent defects to reduce their volume.
  • Work with production to establish and maintain statistical process control.
  • Populate a process capability database that will be fed back to design for use in NPI processes.
  • Support lean activities and cost reduction (scrap and rework).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical or equivalent, several years of experience in fabrication/quality/engineering departments, and fluency in English and Hungarian. Additionally, you should have manufacturing processes knowledge (milling, turning, EDM, welding, ...) and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
