Kik vagyunk?

Az Optima Forma Kft. 1990-ben alakult, azóta is magyar magánszemélyek tulajdonában lévő vállalkozás. Építkezéshez, felújításhoz szükséges anyagokat forgalmazunk két üzletágban.

Az
Ajtók, kapuk
üzletágban ipari, kereskedelmi objektumok, közösségi épületek és irodaházak részére szállítunk ajtókat, kapukat több termékkategóriákban (tűzgátló és beltéri ajtók, ipari kapuk).

Miről szól a munkakör?

Nálunk aktív személyiségeddel és értékesítési ügyintézésben szerzett tapasztalatoddal hozzájárulhatsz az ügyfelek kiszolgálásához, a vevők elégedettségének növeléséhez.

A napi munkában kihívást jelent megkeresni azokat az építőipari szereplőket, akik folyamatban lévő építési projekteken dolgoznak, és felkínálni nekik sokéves műszaki tapasztalatunkat és széles termékkínálatunkat.

Mindeközben jó emberi kapcsolatokat építhetsz a vevőkkel és együttműködhetsz a kollégákkal (beszerzés, raktár, pénzügy).

Melyek a konkrét napi feladatok?

·      kapcsolattartás (telefon, e-mail, személyes) a vevőkkel

·      megrendelések menedzselése, számlázás, dokumentációk kezelése

·      személyesen érkező vevők kiszolgálása

·      mérnök-üzletkötő munkatárs munkájának támogatása

·      építőipari adatbázis menedzselése, projektek feltérképezése

·      ajánlatkérések számának növelése, kiadott ajánlatok követése

Elvárásaink:

·      jó kapcsolatteremtő képesség, értékesítői véna, ügyfélorientált viselkedés

·      minimum 2 éves ügyfélszolgálati tapasztalat

·      műszaki érzék

·      adminisztrációs készség és tapasztalat (Word, Excel, Outlook használat)

·      középfokú végzettség

Előnyt jelent:

·      nyílászárók területén szerzett tapasztalat

·      műszaki végzettség

·      angol nyelvtudás
