We are seeking a detail-oriented
CSR/
Salesperson specialized in Immigration Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients seeking Hungarian immigration solutions, ensuring they receive clear guidance, timely updates, and excellent customer service. Strong communication skills in Russian and English are essential, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with legal teams and consulates.

Key Responsibilities

-Communicate with clients in Russian and English, both orally and in writing.

-Request, collect, and organize clients' documents in compliance with requirements.

-Coordinate with internal legal teams to ensure smooth case handling.

-Schedule and manage client appointments at Hungarian embassies and consulates.

-Respond promptly to standard client inquiries and provide initial guidance.

-Track document statuses and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

-Support the sales process by building trustful client relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Requirements

-Proven experience in
client services,
sales, immigration, or related field.

-Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (both oral and written).

-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

-Familiarity with immigration processes, especially related to Hungary, is an advantage.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

-Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, or similar tools.
