Feladatok:

  • Támogatod a munkáltatót a munkaügyi kérdésekben, a létszám biztosításában.
  • Humán szolgáltatás biztosítása az általad kiszolgált logisztikai központ vonatkozásában.
  • Ellátod a munkavállalókkal kapcsolatos munkaügyi feladatokat.
  • Kezeled a személyes adatokat, a munkaügyi nyilvántartásokat, dokumentumokat.
  • Tájékoztatod a munkavállalókat a szociális juttatásokról, intézed a munkavállalói kérelmeket.

Elvárások:

  • Középiskolai végzettség
  • Bejegyzésmentes erkölcsi bizonyítvány
  • Dolgoztál már 1-2 évet HR generalista munkakörben.
  • Segítőkész és támogató vagy, valamint fontosnak tartod, hogy ezzel a hozzáállással végezd a munkád.
  • Tisztában vagy a hatályos munkaügyi és munkajogi szabályokkal és a gyakorlatban alkalmazni is tudod ezeket.

Előnyt jelent:

  • Felhasználói szintű informatikai ismeretek
  • 1-2 év HR területen szerzett tapasztalat
