Feladataid Lesznek

  • HR riportok, kimutatások, KPI-ok készítése és elemzése
  • Részvétel nemzetközi és helyi HR projektekben
  • Gyári tréningek és kötelező/technikai képzések teljeskörű koordinálása és adminisztrálása
  • HR rendszerek kezelése, adatpontosság fenntartása
  • HR szoftverintegrációk támogatása
  • HR költségtervezés és bérkalkulációk előkészítése
  • Riportok készítése társosztályok részére
  • Bónuszfolyamatok és kalkulációk támogatása

Elvárások

  • Felsőfokú végzettség
  • 5-10 év tapasztalat
  • Felsőfokú végzettség (HR/gazdasági előny)
  • Minimum 5 év releváns HR tapasztalat multinacionális környezetben
  • Magabiztos Excel-tudás (pivot, függvények, adatelemzés)
  • Tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás
  • Precizitás, analitikus gondolkodás, rendszerszemlélet
  • Utazási hajlandóság, mobilitás
  • "B" kategóriás jogosítvány
  • Workday, Nexon rendszerismeret előny
