Ügyfelünkhöz, az energetikai szektor egyik meghatározó szereplőjéhez IT Project Manager szakértőt keresünk, aki szívesen dolgozik összetett, szervezeten átívelő projekteken, és aktívan hozzájárul a vállalat digitális fejlődéséhez.

Feladatok

Projektek irányítása és koordinálása

  • A vállalat stratégiai céljait támogató, közepes és nagy volumenű hazai és nemzetközi projektek vezetése az előkészítéstől a megvalósításig.
  • A belső projektmenedzsment módszertan következetes alkalmazása, a határidők, terjedelem és költségkeret betartása érdekében.
  • A projekt scope-jának meghatározása, részletes ütem- és költségtervek összeállítása, a projekt előrehaladásának nyomon követése.
  • A projektcsapat (különböző szakterületekről érkező kollégák) és a beszállítók munkájának koordinálása, erőforrás-igények és eltérések időbeni azonosítása.
  • A változások kezelése, változtatási kérelmek dokumentálása és jóváhagyatása.
  • Kockázatok feltérképezése és kezelési stratégiák kidolgozása.
  • Megoldási javaslatok készítése a felmerülő problémákra, döntés-előkészítő anyagok összeállítása.
  • Folyamatos kommunikáció biztosítása a projektcsapat, a projekt szponzor és az irányító bizottság felé.
  • Rendszeres státuszriportok készítése, beleértve a döntési vagy eszkalációs pontok jelzését.
  • A projekt eredményeinek átadása, a projekt hivatalos lezárásának koordinálása, tanulságok rögzítése.

PMO támogatása

  • A PMO munkájának támogatása a vállalat-specifikus keretrendszer és standardok alkalmazásában.
  • A projektmenedzsment kultúra erősítése, részvétel kapcsolódó megbeszéléseken, fórumokon.
  • Együttműködés a kulcsfontosságú területekkel (jog, beszerzés, kontrolling) a közös folyamatok és best practice-ek kialakításában.

Elvárások

  • Műszaki vagy gazdasági területen szerzett felsőfokú végzettség.
  • Legalább 3–5 éves projektvezetői tapasztalat összetett, több szereplős projektekben.
  • IT projektekben szerzett releváns gyakorlat és stabil IT affinitás.
  • Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás, nemzetközi projektkörnyezetben szerzett tapasztalat előny.
  • Analitikus, strukturált gondolkodásmód.
  • Erős problémamegoldó készség és megoldás-orientált attitűd.
  • Jó kommunikációs készségek.

Előny

  • Energetikai iparági háttér vagy nagyvállalati/multi környezetben szerzett tapasztalat.
  • Üzleti elemzői ismeretek vagy BA tapasztalat.
  • Klasszikus és agilis projektmenedzsment módszertanokban való jártasság.
  • Projektmenedzsment tanúsítvány (pl. CAPM, PMP, IPMA).
