We are seeking an experienced
IT Business Analyst
to join our team and drive the requirement specification and end-to-end delivery of IT system integrations, boxed solution implementations, and low-code technology development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery from requirement gathering through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment.

What activities can you expect:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise requirement specifications and user stories.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with stakeholders.
• Preparation of business and functional requirement definition documents
• Drive key digital transformation projects at Global/Regional industry-leading Companies

Data Mapping & Integration

• Analyze and document
  source-to-target data mapping
  for system integrations and migrations.
• Define data flows, transformation rules, and validation checks across integrated systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of data mappings.
• Support data quality checks, cleansing activities, and reconciliation during project delivery.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Work closely with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment of requirements with solution design.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of boxed software solutions and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Participate in IT system integration projects, ensuring smooth interoperability across platforms.

Project Execution

• Act as a liaison between business teams and IT delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain requirement traceability matrices to ensure all business needs are met.
• Support end-to-end delivery activities, including design reviews, testing cycles, and deployment readiness.

Testing & UAT

• Define UAT strategy, create test cases, and support execution of user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate defect triage, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Validate solutions against business requirements and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Support reconciliation of data and validation of mappings during UAT.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in IT, economics, mathematics, management, or similar
• Strong analytical skills, abstract thinking, system thinking, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
• General IT knowledge, understanding the concept of relational databases
• Experience in agile methodology
• Knowledge of UML, process & data mapping, defining user stories/tasks)
• Excellent level of knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
• Strong knowledge of
  business analysis methodologies
  (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven experience in
  requirements specification
  and managing
  end-to-end IT delivery
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  data mapping, data migration, and reconciliation
  .
• Understanding of
  system integration projects
  (APIs, middleware, data flows).
• Familiarity with
  boxed/off-the-shelf IT solutions
  and customization approaches.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to balance detail orientation with a strategic view of solution delivery.
• Fluent Hungarian and excellent command of English language (written and verbal)

It is an advantage if you have the following:

• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, Rapidminer, KNIME, Python)
• Working knowledge of
  Azure SQL
  , including the ability to
  write queries and interpret existing code
  .
• Process organization / strategic consulting practice in Treasury, Finance, Controlling, or other business areas
• Exposure to
  low-code/no-code platforms
  (e.g., Power Platform)
