About The Role
The Global Reward Operations (GRO) team supports various benefit processes (e.g., product allowance, car allowance, health insurance) for European markets. The Specialist will define, document, and improve both online and offline benefit processes and ensure a successful annual benefit enrollment for the entire European population. The role aims to scope out, document, and enhance the respective processes across Europe, reviewing and updating procedures in accordance with new legislation and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all in-scope reporting activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Regularly review and update Step Maps, Work Instructions, Benefits Matrices, Benefit Guides, Factsheets, and FAQs, making them accessible to appropriate teams, and ensuring consistency and accuracy in communications materials.
- Perform all CARM controls and data reconciliations, resolving any issues. Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline operations and drive business results.
- Demonstrate strong experience with Workday operations, ensuring all required actions are executed in the system to facilitate benefits administration and other processes.
What You Will Bring
- Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge, Italian is an advantage
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
- Payroll experience is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Methodical, logical, organized, and flexible approach to work..
- High attention to detail.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience in processing benefits reporting.
- Vendor invoice management
- Experience with benefits annual Enrollment.
- Experience in Program maintenance
- Experience in Benefits query management
- Experience in process mapping.
- Experience in extracting and reconciling data from various sources.
