Join our Group Renewables team in a key role where you'll lead renewable energy projects and contribute to building MOL Group's sustainable energy portfolio. From strategy development to project execution, your work will help shape the future of energy.
Your tasks will be:
Manage renewable energy projects across MOL Group and develop project-specific business and technology solutions.
Track key decision points and prepare materials for senior management regarding project evaluations and status.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the renewables sector, and assess their impact on MOL's operations.
Contribute to the development of MOL Group's Renewable Energy Strategy and collaborate across departments to integrate renewables into the broader business strategy.
Build and maintain strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure safe and HSE-compliant execution of all project-related activities.

Educational Background: MSc degree in engineering or economics.
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in renewable energy project execution.
Skills:
Expertise in project management, project development, sustainability, and renewables.
Experience in at least two of the following areas: renewable energy production/market, energy storage/market, regulatory environment, electricity market analysis.
Strong collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Agility, flexibility, and adaptability.
Excellent organizational, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Critical and creative thinking.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
Driving license (Category B).
Language skills: Fluent in Hungarian and English.
