Office Manager
kulcsszerepet játszik a vállalat operatív, üzleti, és pénzügyi folyamataiban, támogatva a cégvezető és a orvoslátogató csapat munkáját.

Feladata a helyi iroda működésében való aktív részvétel valamint a külföldi társosztályokkal való együttműködés.

Ez a pozíció ideális olyan szakember számára, aki proaktívan,
önállóan képes menedzselni szerteágazó projekteket, támogatva a vállalat üzleti céljainak elérést.

Főbb feladatok

  • A magyarországi iroda zavartalan működésének biztosítása, a napi operáció koordinálása.
  • A helyi termékellátás és logisztikai folyamatok menedzselése (termék készletszintjének figyelése, nagykereskedői rendelések kezelése, szállítás és engedélyeztetés támogatása).
  • Pénzügyi folyamatok koordinálása a helyi könyvelővel és a regionális pénzügyi csapattal, havi riportok és elemzések készítése.
  • A céges gépjárműflotta kezelése a lízingcéggel együttműködve, költségelemzések készítése.
  • Országos kongresszusokon, szimpóziumokon és rendezvényeken való részvétel, valamint saját rendezvények teljes körű szervezése.
  • Marketinganyagok fejlesztésének és gyártásának koordinálása a marketing osztállyal együttműködve, digitális marketingtámogatás.
  • Jogi szerződések előkészítése és kezelése a helyi és regionális jogi tanácsadókkal együttműködve.
  • Compliance és farmakovigilancia tevékenységek támogatása.
  • Nemzetközi üzleti utak, tréningek és meetingek szervezése.

Elvárások

  • Felsőfokú végzettség gazdasági, kommunikációs, közgazdasági vagy egészségügyi területen.
  • Legalább
    3 év releváns tapasztalat
    operatív, pénzügyi vagy üzleti koordinációs területen.
  • Haladó szintű MS Excel-ismeret
    (pivot táblák, adatelemzés, riportkészítés).
  • Erős szervezőkészség, rendszerszemlélet és problémamegoldó képesség.
  • Önálló munkavégzés, precizitás, megbízhatóság.
  • Anyanyelvi szintű magyar és középfokú angol nyelvtudás írásban és szóban.
