We're looking for an
IT Project Manager
who doesn't just manage timelines, but drives the creation of exceptional digital products. Someone who thrives on coordinating teams, exploring new solutions, and turning ideas into clear plans that lead to successful, high-quality project delivery.

As a
Project Manager
at Attrecto, you will be responsible for overseeing larger-scale, primarily international (secondarily Hungarian) custom software projects. Your role will involve managing projects using agile and hybrid development methodologies, as well as overseeing software design projects based on our internal methodology.

What we will trust you with:

  • Participating in the preparation and continuous maintenance of task, schedule, resource, and financial plans for projects
  • Organizing and directing the execution of tasks, coordinating the work of internal and external, onsite, and remote team members
  • Continuously monitoring project statuses, preparing status reports and decision-making materials for management
  • Collaborating with professional and IT experts, as well as leaders, and managing project stakeholders
  • Ensuring project administration and professional documentation
  • Identifying, managing, and proposing solutions for internal and external project risks and dependencies
  • Performance management and evaluation of project team members
  • Active participation in the development of processes related to projects

What makes you a great fit:

  • Experience in custom software development projects (at least 2 years)
  • Customer-oriented communication, business terminology
  • Conscious application of management methodologies (motivation, performance, change, conflict, etc.) and leadership methodologies
  • Team management skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Knowledge and accurate practical application of PM methodologies and communication techniques
  • Practical knowledge of agile frameworks, e.g., SAFe, Spotify, LeSS, etc.
  • Legal knowledge (e.g., contractual, labor law issues)
  • Negotiable English language proficiency
