Facility Manager

Megbízónk prémium elektromos autókhoz gyárt a legmodernebb öntödei technológiák alkalmazásával alkatrészeket.

Feladatok:

Az épületek -üzemeltetésének teljeskörű irányítása és felügyelete Hard FM és Soft FM területeken

Külső szolgáltatók koordinálása karbantartási terv, eseti megrendelések, hibajavítások alapján, valamint a szolgáltatásokhoz kapcsolódó adminisztrációs feladatok ellátása

Az FCM csapat közvetlen irányítása, fejlesztése és működésének biztosítása

A műszaki, épületgépészeti, épületvillamossági, HVAC és egyéb problémák gyors és költséghatékony megoldásának biztosítása

Az épületek zavartalan működéséhez szükséges szolgáltatások biztosítása (pl. takarítás, biztonsági szolgálat, kertgondozás, stb)

Megelőző és ütemezett karbantartási program kialakítása és folyamatos működtetése a váratlan meghibásodások elkerülése érdekében

Az épületekben található műszaki berendezések és rendszerek üzembiztonságának rendszeres ellenőrzése és biztosítása

CAPEX beruházások előkészítése, műszaki tartalom ellenőrzése, kivitelezés koordinálása és a projektátadások szakmai támogatását

Üzemeltetési és karbantartási költségek optimalizálása, nyomon követése

Energiahatékonysági és költségcsökkentő intézkedések bevezetése

Auditokra, hatósági ellenőrzésekre való felkészülés és azok lebonyolítása

Tűzvédelmi rendszerek üzemeltetése, felügyelete, hatósági előírásoknak történő megfelelés biztosítása

IT rendszerek felügyelete és az IT projektek megvalósulásának támogatása

Elvárások:

Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség

Minimum 5 év gyártói koörnyezetben szerzett releváns tapasztalat

Legalább középfokú angol nyelvtudás

Kiváló szervezőkészség, problémamegoldó és tárgyalási készségek

"B" kategóriás jogosítvány

Erős kommunikációs készség

Agilis és rugalmas hozzáállás
