Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities team. What you'll do – Key Accountabilities:

·       Act as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests.

·       Manage all incoming and outgoing courier and postal deliveries.

·       Register all required mail, courier shipments, and taxi orders.

·       Be responsible for the Facilities generic mailbox.

·       Post content on the internal TV channel.

·       Troubleshoot technical issues within the BSC tenancy in cooperation with the building's maintenance staff (e.g. air-conditioning, drainage, elevators).

·       Manage the office parking system: respond to requests, report issues, and send welcome/registration emails to new joiners.

·       Support the updating of all Facilities-related policies and guidelines.

·       Provide logistical support for office moves, including collecting departmental requests, purchasing furniture, and coordinating supplier activities.

·       Assist with the logistics and supervision of BSC events, meetings, and conferences by sourcing required services and products.

·       Order catering services and oversee the quality and quantity of the service provided.

·       Manage conference room bookings.

·       Ensure proper operation of audio-visual equipment from a Facilities perspective.

·       Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

·       Is familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

·       Can work on-site 5 days per week.
