Our client, an international trading company, is looking for an experienced
Marine Transport Coordinator
to join their team. This is a hybrid position that offers the chance to work with a leading global company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Tasks:

  • Support energy trading activities across key markets by managing a global logistics intelligence portfolio and ensuring timely, accurate tracking of commercial flows that inform strategic decisions.
  • Interpret logistical activity by analyzing movement data and proprietary sources, identifying patterns in origins, destinations, cargo attributes, and stakeholder involvement.
  • Forecast movement trends and asset utilization using market knowledge, historical behavior, and real-time data analysis.
  • Build a solid understanding of commodity markets, including key participants, supply chains, and the fundamentals driving supply and demand.
  • Maintain accuracy and relevance of regular reporting while contributing to process standardization, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating across commercial functions.

Requirements:

  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or a related operational field
  • Practical experience with VBA, Power BI, or Python is essential
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
