Our partner company is seeking an entry-level
Operations Coordinator (International Programs)
in Arlington, VA, to manage a portfolio of countries and coordinate international logistics and staffing with their global subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations for a U.S. government client.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel and Transportation
    : Overseeing ticketing, per diem, visa/passport services, and local transportation, including authorized car and driver services.
  • Office and Residential Support
    : Arranging for office equipment, supplies, and furniture; also managing residential utilities.
  • Staffing Support
    : Coordinating the recruitment, hiring, and management of local support staff (e.g., Project Assistants, Translators, IT Specialists) in foreign countries.
  • Invoice Management
    : Coordinating all invoicing for your assigned portfolio and proactively troubleshooting any discrepancies.
  • General Logistical Coordination
    : Managing a wide array of additional support, such as conference logistics and procurement of equipment.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    : Ensuring all coordinated activities align with established internal processes, procedures, and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and sustaining professional relationships with internal colleagues and international affiliates.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt to frequently changing priorities in a dynamic international environment.
  • Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams with competing priorities. Desired Skills and Attributes
