We are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to be stationed long-term in Hungary. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP system development and implementation, be familiar with low-code application platforms and database languages, and possess strong expertise in core ERP domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are required, along with the ability to work efficiently in a cross-border, multicultural team environment.

RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Responsible for the full lifecycle of ERP system implementation projects, including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, and go-live.
  2. Work with the team to analyse business processes and translate them into ERP Solutions; use low-code development platforms for basic application building and form design; design, write, and optimise database queries to support ERP functionalities; provide training and support to end users to ensure smooth system rollout and adoption.
  3. Responsible for report design and data governance to ensure data accuracy and usability; ensure the project adheres to company standards, maintaining data integrity and implementation progress.
  4. Develop a deep understanding of business modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to drive effective alignment between business processes and the system.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree or above in CS, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in ERP system implementation and project management; familiar with core ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
  • Proficient in database languages (SQL or similar); capable of data analysis and governance to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Able to design business reports and optimise them based on requirements.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English; Hungarian is preferred.

PREFERRED

  1. Experience in multinational ERP projects; familiar with integrating ERP systems with other enterprise applications.
  2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; able to work independently and demonstrate a strong teamwork spirit.
