Grundfos is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
System Consultant, Sales
to join our Water Treatment team. In this strategic role, you'll lead the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution solutions, ensuring they align with our business goals and drive operational efficiency. You'll work closely with global and local stakeholders to shape the future of our sales systems, with a strong focus on the Grundfos WT S/4 HANA platform.

This is a unique opportunity to define the future SAP Sales template and empower our teams to fully leverage the capabilities of S/4 HANA across ERP and CRM landscapes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of SAP Sales and Distribution applications, including interfaces and supplier coordination
  • Support and develop the S/4 HANA public cloud solution for Grundfos Water Treatment Italy
  • Lead integration efforts with the newly established S/4 HANA private cloud solution
  • Contribute to the rollout of SAP S/4 HANA across subsidiaries and Water Treatment companies
  • Provide expert consultancy on SAP Sales setup and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency
  • Participate in roadmap planning for Sales systems, including ERP and CRM
  • Manage support tickets and ensure solution stability
  • Test and implement new functionalities during upgrades
  • Collaborate with business partners to deliver custom system solutions

What We're Looking For

  • 5–7 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant with a strong track record
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, including configuration and customization
  • Experience with SAP FSM, CRM systems, and other SAP modules
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and best practice development
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or French is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Passion for continuous learning and innovation
