Izgalmas feladatra keresünk munkatársakat, akikkel az Akcelerátor és a társadalmi célú Mentor Program tehetséges fiataljait katalizáljuk vállalkozás-fejlesztésben, vállalati karrierjükben. Tíz év alatt kb. 1000 fiatalt mentoráltunk az előbbi területeken, ezt a munkát folytathatjuk közösen.

A munkakör:

Új kollégáink egy vállalkozás- és karrierfejlesztési közösségben tartanak majd kapcsolatot tehetséges fiatalokkal (vállalkozókkal, vállalati karriert építőkkel, startupperekkel), valamint befutott senior cégvezetőkkel és befektetőkkel (mentorokkal). A munka során figyelemmel kísérik a gondjukra bízott gyakoronokokat, akiket feladatokkal látnak el.

Ebben a munkakörben lehetőség nyílik a humán- , közösségi- és üzleti érzéket is kamatoztatni és fejleszteni: új munkatársunknak egyrészt a közösség fiataljainak éves korosztály) vállalati karrierjét vagy vállalkozását kell szervezőmunkájával katalizálnia, másrészt csapatokat építenie vállalkozások felfuttatására.

Konkrét feladatok például:

  • az Akcelerátorban startup- és KKV csapatok építése: meglévők kiegészítése új vezetőkkel/tulajdonosokkal és új csapatok építése (inkubáció);
  • a társadalmi mentor programban mentoráltak screeningje és match-making a mentorokkal, mentor szakmai fejlesztés és -minőségbiztosítás;
  • partneri együttműködés intézményi- és civil szervezetekkel (elsősorban az oktatás és tehetséggondozás területén);
  • A napi munkában online hirdetéseket, közösségi média posztokat, direkt mail kampányokat is kell menedzselni és a CRM adatbázisunkat naprakészen tartani.
