Senior Talent Management SpecialistAs a Sr. Talent Management Specialist, you'll design and implement global talent initiatives that strengthen our leadership pipeline, enhance employee experiences, and drive business impact. You'll collaborate across HR and business teams to deliver talent programs, succession planning, and talent reviews, while bringing creativity, curiosity, and a growth mindset to challenge the status quo. Reporting to the Talent Director, you'll join a collaborative team where your critical thinking, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills will help shape the future of how Genesys develops and retains talent.
Responsibilities:
Support and deliver talent programs from design through implementation, enablement, and governance.
Lead and facilitate succession planning and talent review processes.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.
Develop clear, compelling presentations and materials to reinforce our talent story.
Use data and insights to inform program design, track progress, and continuously improve

Requirements:
~5 years of experience in Talent, Organizational Development, Human Capital, or HR Consulting.
Experience in high-growth, global, and transformational environments (tech preferred).
Proven track record in talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, performance
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Experience leading large-scale or complex projects.
Comfortable using HR technology and collaboration tools.
