Job Description:The Facility Manager oversees facility operations, including maintenance, vendor management, and compliance with regulations.
They handle budgeting and space planning while supporting operational needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facility.
  • Manage building systems and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements.
  • Handle relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage facility-related budgets and expenses.
  • Assist with space planning and utilization.
  • Support the organization's operational needs and requirements.
