  Az irodaház teljes üzemeltetésének koordinálása: épületgépészeti, villamos és általános karbantartási feladatok szervezése és felügyelete. Külső partnerek kezelése: takarító-, biztonsági-, karbantartó- és egyéb alvállalkozók munkájának összehangolása, szerződések és szolgáltatási szintek nyomon követése. Kis létszámú facility csapat irányítása: a saját csapat támogatásával a külső partnerek, szolgáltatók munkájának napi szintű koordinálása és teljesítményük ellenőrzése. Karbantartási tervek készítése: megelőző karbantartási ütemezés kidolgozása, végrehajtás felügyelete. Költségoptimalizálás és költségtervezés: éves üzemeltetési költségvetés elkészítése, kiadások ellenőrzése, megtakarítási lehetőségek feltárása. Létesítmény biztonságának biztosítása: tűzvédelmi, munkavédelmi, egészségvédelmi előírások betartása és betartatása. Napi működési problémák kezelése: hibabejelentések fogadása, elhárítás megszervezése, sürgős esetek priorizálása. Eszköz- és készletgazdálkodás: épületüzemeltetési anyagok, eszközök és berendezések igénylése, készletezésének felügyelete. Költözések, átrendezések koordinálása: irodai területek kialakítása, kisebb belső átalakítások szervezése. Kapcsolattartás a bérbeadóval és más belső részlegekkel: adminisztratív feladatok, riportálás, döntéstámogatás. Irodai komfort biztosítása: klíma, világítás, berendezések és közös területek folyamatos felügyelete, a munkavállalói elégedettség támogatása. Partnerünk egy budapesti irodaházba keres facility managert.  Műszaki végzettség (gépész, villamos, épületgépész előny) Legalább 3-5 év tapasztalat létesítményüzemeltetésben vagy műszaki területen Erős műszaki ismeretek Projektmenedzsment tapasztalat Kiváló szervezőkészség, önálló munkavégzés Megbízhatóság, precizitás, problémamegoldó hozzáállás Alvállalkozók irányításában szerzett tapasztalat B kategóriás jogosítvány rugalmas munkaidő beosztást törzsidővel; jó hangulatú légkört; emberközpontú szemléletet; meghallgatjuk az ötleteidet; magas színvonalú csapatépítő tréningeket és egyéb közösségépítő programokat;
