Magyar tulajdonban lévő nagykereskedelmi vállalkozásunk, pénzügyi-számviteli csoportjába keressük új munkatársunkat.Feladatok:

  • Beérkező számlák iktatása, feldolgozása és nyomon követése, előkészítése jóváhagyásra
  • Pénzügyi és számviteli feladatokhoz kapcsolódó adminisztrációs folyamatok kezelése,
  • a nyilvántartások, naprakész vezetése, számviteli egyeztetések,
  • Időszakos riportok, statisztikák készítése,
  • Házipénztár vezetése
  • Folyószámlák kezelése, kintlévőségek kezelése
  • Banki utalások előkészítése
  • Egyéb pénzügyi feladatok ellátása
  • Együttműködés a társterületekkel
  • A könyvelő és a gazdasági vezető munkájának aktív támogatása

Elvárások:

  • Középfokú szakirányú végzettség (pénzügy, számvitel)
  • Minimum 2-3 év szakmai (pénzügy, számviteli) tapasztalat
  • Felhasználó szintű számítógépes ismeretek (MS Office, ezen belül haladó szintű Excel ismeret)
  • Önálló, precíz munkavégzés, jó problémamegoldó készség
  • Csapatmunkára való hajlandóság
  • Nyitott, barátságos személyiség, kiváló kommunikációs készség
  • Proaktivitás
