We are seeking a responsible
Finance Officer
who will also serve as the legal representative for our Hungarian entity. This dual-role position combines strategic financial management with legal representation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the legal representative of our Hungarian entity.
  • Maintain close cooperation with local authorities, auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants.
  • Supervise all accounting, reporting, and financial control activities for the Hungarian entity.
  • Monitor and improve internal financial processes in alignment with group policies.
  • Open and manage corporate bank accounts and ensure proper authorization structures.
  • Coordinate payments and reconciliations.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers (e.g., accountants, HR, lawyers).
  • Provide regular financial and operational updates to the global finance and management teams.
  • Support business development and expansion initiatives in Hungary and the Central European region.
  • Represent the company in key meetings and ensure smooth local operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or controllership role, ideally within an international organization.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion.
  • Hungarian residency required.
