Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated
Marketing Operations Coordinator
to join our Data Center Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day use of marketing technology tools, executing digital campaigns, and ensuring the overall efficiency and data accuracy of marketing activities. The Data Center Marketing team is a supportive environment where you will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations and digital marketing.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

• Maintain and update marketing technology platforms, such as HubSpot and Impartner Partner Relationship Management (PRM), to ensure smooth performance, data accuracy, and user experience across systems.
• Execute email and digital campaigns, which includes list segmentation, content setup, monitoring, and organizing digital assets within partner and customer portals.
• Develop and assist in maintaining dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for measuring campaign performance, Return on Investment (ROI), and overall engagement.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:

• Several years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or digital marketing support.
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, or Impartner.
• Proven ability in time management, attention to detail, and collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
